Appsdaily — Problem in getting the refund on time | |||||
My Samsung S5 was damaged due to an Accident. It was a Non-Repairable damage. Apps daily agreed for giving me a refund amount of RS 18491 (invoice amount is 35000). I have send my damaged phone and all other documents by courier. I am waiting for this more than a 3 month. If i ask the customer service they was telling a same reply every time that "With reference to your below request, we wish to inform you that your case have been processed by us and is with insurance company for finalization.We will intimate you as soon as we receive further update from insurance company with respect to your case."
