Sir/Madam, My claim on my handset's damage was seen by you as a total loss claim.But i would like to inform my handset's damage is only a screen damage.It needs only a screen repair.None of its other parts are damaged.Mother board is perfectly working, cameras are also working, all the other parts except screen is working.I would like to know why my handset's claim has been considered as a total loss claim. My handset's exchange value itself is Rs.4000.I could exchange my handset rather than taking insurance from Apps daily.Other stores are giving much better service than you.I would like to get at least 60% of the screen repairing charge.A handset is considered a total damage if it is not working at all or it has been lost from the owner.There was no guidelines regarding the strategy for considering the insured object as total loss in your guidelines sheet. I have been facing the same problem with apps daily and it is not being resolved. I think we all can gather up and launch an FIR and threaten Apps Daily to give us our money back.
