Appsdaily — Refusal for the refund of my damaged cell phone | |||||
I purchased a samsung s6 worth rs 50000 pre ordered from a valid samsung store in bhiwandi and purchased an insurance from apps daily from the same store. Before 2 months i was working on my site (job) my cellphone fell from my hand and a huge water tanker (full of water) went over my cell which damaged my cellphone completely. In a week after a person from the insurance company came and took my cellphone and was assured that either refund of 75% (under 6 months) will be given or a repaired handset will be provides in next 25 days. After a month i started calling in the customer care and other numbers from internet but there was no response as they were not letting me know the status of my handset. Now after 2 months they are sending my cellphone back in d same condition by giving a reason that its been purposely broken as the company is not accepting the case by watching the condition of handset. I am doing a job from last 2 years and purchased this cellphone by saving my money frm last few months how can they say like this that its been done purposely. Its been very simple for them to get out of the house by simply saying this and returning my handset back to me and its all over.
