I am Mrinmoy Biswas submitted my Samsung on 30 th May 2016, and submitted all required documents along with Mobile phone on 3rd June 2016 to apps daily office Kolkata, Barahnagar Branch but still I am waiting for reimbursement /Mobile phone after Repaired .Apps daily call center phone is not responding after calling many times .apps daily call center after receiving call keeping on hold for long time which is very stressful, I am wasting my time as well as my phone balance also.

My Claim ticket : AD_D_290516_[protected] with appsdaily. Please help me out regarding this.

I have recently purchased insurance for my new handset. payment. all done. i am tring to call to understand procedure but no one pics up my call during working hours working days. have tried several times but no news on life presence in appsdaily office.
