Appsdaily — Regarding not receiving of my phone after submitted long time ago | |||||
Hi this is nishit gajjar mob no [protected] i had submitted the samsung e7 in appsdaily on 25 th of may confirmed screen replacement on 30th i received the msg regarding that but till today its 22 nd jun and i contacted many times ur center where i submitted my phone at ahmedabad rambaug but everytime they said that we didnt receive ur phone from the service center i ased them to give me the service center no and they provided me the appsadaily customer care center (where after waiting for almost half and hour )executive said me that i didnt haave any information regarding that i m only abble to tell u that ur phone in repairing i asked him to provide the service center of samsung where they send my phone to replace the sreen he gave me the no where no one picking up the call it continously kept ranging no one replied the whole day now tell me how can i know whats the status of my phone ? its almost a month and ur people dont able to give any information regarding this i[censored]r company is so lousy and never care then why the hell u people providing ur packages with all the false promises with new phone this is last time i purchase ur package i will never buy this bogus company package and if anyone try to will let them explain my exp hope after this i will get atleast the date when will i get my phone, , what the hell how many days u people need to get back the customers phone ?6 months or what ? this is why it was the worst company i ever communicate with as after so long i had posted here, , the company exe are not even care to give atleast a comment

this is the last time m asking for the reply to my messages or will have to go through the consumer courte for mental harressment, , and the company has the weird policy for providing the alternate handset to the customer, , if they give mobile within 7 days from purchasing the appsdaily package then only they are providing the handset but will ask u one que nowadays all are smartphone and in this compitative market every company providing the best phones to customer atleast not have any fault atleast for the first months then whats the use of the providing the alternate handset to new customer, , i think that policy should be changed to customer whose mobile ur not giving for more then the half and a month
