I registered a claim by phone about my damage phone (LCD Broken) for repearing in 6th Septem 2016 (AppsDaily Damage Insurance: AD_D_070916_[protected] and I received a confirmation email and message also regarding my claim status. your customer care holder told me after few day's we will responce you about your phone. But couldn't any replay in your authority. She tell me give some paper via mail. But your mail I.D. don't received attach any file or any attachment. If I trying to contact in Your customare no. not any one pick up ph. and it is very expenses for call or contact your ph no. I want Form 1c, 2c, and 3c, for Placed my clam via post office.
