I bought AppsDaily Mobile Platinum-30K from Suntech Systems, paying Rs. 2499.00 on 16 April 2016, as suggested by the sales people when I was buying this phone. My phone had a fall on 31 October 2016, and I contacted the AppsDaily drop point. They took my phone and Rs. 1300/- as handling charges. They returned the phone back to me unrepaired after keeping it for two months, and suggested that I get it repaired in a Samsung Service Centre and send the bills to them for reimbursement. I got the device repaired paying Rs. 12629/- for replacing the broken display and camera lens on 4/1/2017 and sent the bills and other documents to AppsDaily for reimbursement. They have not settled the claim. There is none to contact. E-mails to the company are not replied to, and the phone number does not work. I wrote to Mr. Arun Kumar and Mr. Ajay Kumar at ajay.[protected]@appsdaily.in, and there is no response. This company is into intentional cheating of customers, I guess.
