I bought Intex aqua ace 4G Mobile. and i was asked to register a claim insurance of apps daily .recently my phone was stolen by someone while I was at market so I claimed theft claim in apps daily.I registered Theft Stolen ATN_231216_[protected] on dated 23.12.16. but not respond many times mail or call customer care. but every time response waiting from now when I have claimed But they didnt give any intimation about the claim process It has been worst insurance company .DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE BY MISTAKELY ALSO . They extended the time by saying that the documents are having short falls and they extend 1 - 2 weeks it is just a fraud and we not have any conformation that we will get the piece .
