My (Neetu Sharma) CIN ADN_040217_[protected] Sent my VIVOV3 mobile for repair on 17 March 2017, along with insurance copy to your service center. The mobile was malfunctioning and got a crack at the bottom corner.
It has been over 01month passed and there is no communication from your end about the status.

we have been waiting for the device and contacted to the person, but he is just bluffing us on phone about the status of mobile.

Please let me Know, weather my device can be repaired, If Yes then specifically up to when and if NO then send it back ASAP along with your comment, what is the problem and then why it was kept so long with you.
