Appsdaily — Wrong charge for damage | |||
I am writing this mail after getting unsatisfied reply from apps daily & samsung store team members. I purchase samsung s6 from samsung digital plaza, address - plot no. J-131, 9-10 dividing road, sector-9, dlf, faridabad on 1/01/2016. At that time they told me about“apps daily policy” i said no for this policy but they told me about its benefits like: 1.In can of any damage customer need to pay only either 500/- as a file charge or 5% of the repair charge amount. (The person who told me about this policy also have claim like the same) 2.In case of theft within 6 month company will deduct 15% amount of device invoice value & balance amount they will tranfer in your account or they will give new handset. & after 6 month 25% will be deduct. 3. Apps daily have tieup with samsung india. 4. You can take multiple claims. After getting these two benefits i said ok this is good policy & i also purchase the same policy. But now when my phone is damage than “ samsung store” persons still saying same as they said previously but “ apps daily” persons are saying they will charge 5% of the device value even policy paper are not saying like that. Policy paper quote: “in case of theft they have mentioned clearly “ device invoice value” but in case of damage they have mentioned “ invoice amount or rs. 500” which will be more.” Unquote: So i request you please give me positive feedback on this matter as soon as possible today & take decision by considering yourself as a client.
