Apr Travels — apr travels chennai to tenkasi @ 12.01.18

I booked 7'o clock bus in apr via red bus during booking there is only one boarding point which is koyembedu so before booking i called to apr travels and asked weather i can board in chengalpattu toll / vandalur but they replied that it's not possible we have boarding only at koyembedu. Then finally i booked the ac semi sleeper ticket via red bus and went to their koyembedu office around 6'o clock. Upto 9'o clock bus was not came to office then some of the passengers start arguing with representative then they ask us to go (From koyembedu apr office to koyembedu police station nearby) along with one person to get into bus. We wait there for approximately 20 mins. After that they shown non ac bus (Flex company employee bus) and ask us to go in this bus upto toll the ac bus is waiting there so we all started. After crossing toll still driver driving the vehicle very slowly and making phone calls and enquiry about the bus location. Finally he said bus is in vandalur but there were no buses again same story finally bus waiting in guduvanchery. After seeing the ac bus all passengers including me happily get into bus at 11.25 pm after everyone (Who and all come in non ac bus) entered the bus the driver wouldn't take the bus. Then we few go and ask why are waiting he replied that 3 more passengers need to come they are on the way. How does it possible with single boarding i don't know. Then we said many of the passengers are not had the breakfast so you start the bus and stop it in hotel meanwhile they will come to hotel but he refused to start. After several argument he finally starts around 12'o clock and stopped in one hotel sapda vanga before mm nagar. Few o[censored]s gone inside the hotel and found all the seats are occupied and many of the tables are waiting for order. So we decided to go away because it will take time to prepare and serve. After get into bus again they stopped the vehicle in fuel station and after filling also they were not taking the vehicle. Again few of the bus mates started argument at the time they got some papers from one more apr bus which is vehicle permit document. So we understood entire thing happend because of this. Does it tolerate one? How come govt agencies are allowing these things? End of the day common people getting affected for their business growth. Now a days its very common in omni buses during weekend they increased the ticket price and festival they doubled the prices. What is the need for government authorities? I hope it will reach atleast one person in government agencies who can make some actions. This can happen for everyone not alone for us. Many of them are not interested to complain anywhere even i never did before. Please support.
