[Resolved]  Apsrtc — amount debited while online transaction, ticket not booked.

Hello sir,
I booked online ticket from
Apsrtc site. The journey was on 08/09/2020 from parvathipuram to
Visakhapatnam.
While booking the ticket, amount was deducted from my account and ticket is
Not booked.
I'm mentioning the details below :

I'm attaching the payment receipt and confirmation letter from bank side
That the amount was properly credited to your account.

Please do the necessary action as soon as possible and kindly look into the
