[Resolved] Apsrtc — APSRTC is not refunding Money | |

MySelf is Arun. I have booked a ticket in APSRTC website from Banglore to tirupathi on 18th of december. The ticket number is 36558965. Unfortunately the bus service is cancelled by the APSRTC and i got message to cancel the ticket . I forgot to cancel the ticket and booked another bus to travel.After 18 days i saw my credit card bill and came to know that amount is not refunded. I called to customer care of APSRTC they told that according to APSRTC rules the ticket must be cancelled within 15 days, if iit is not cancelled within 15 days the amount will not be refunded.
This is not fair. If i forgot they can deduct some percentage in the amount and they have to refund the amount.The told they wont refund entire amount. OR else when i called customer care they can cancel it manually and they can refund the amount back.I have seen the APSRTC refund policy also. If the service is cancelled by APSRTC, the person can cancel the ticket.It is not mandate to cancel he can cancel but the cancellation will not be allowed after 15 days. There is no term in rules lilke they wont refund the amount. They can cancel manually and can refund amount back. But there is no manual cancellation there. They must refund the amount back to me since they failed to provide the service what i have paid. I demand an explanation from APSRTC and total amount refund back to me immediately OR else I will demand penality from them. I request you to help me in getting my refund money back to me.
