Apsrtc — co-passenger drunk and vomited in bus

I had very bad experience in apsrtc traveling from nandyal to banglore at service number 6466. One of co-passenger had fully drunk and vomited in the bus. I have given a complete to nandyal depot manager on that incident but the depot manager responds and said that, such incident wont come under their policy and not ready to take any action.

I sincerely request you, please take a strict action to prevent such bad incident.

"apsrtc should not allow passengers had alcohol".
