Apsrtc — Regarding the behaviour of the bus driver and conductor

I am waiting in the bustop to catch 68K, and the bus came but they haven't stopped in the bustop and overtacking the other bus.My husband chased the bus by bike and have stopped the bus and asked them why they haven't stopped in the bustop so their answer is sometimes they will stop and aometimes they will not stop and they are asking me to dont argue about that..Too worst behvariou, irrespectable behaviour of both persons.
