Apsrtc — Unable to view or Cancel the ticket in the new Site

Hi, I have booked the ticket 42975191 on 8th of July from Bangalore to Nellore But I am unable to see the ticket under "Booking" menu to cancel. The page shows there are no tickets to cancel. Pls help me out in this as I have to loose more money if it gets delayed. Thanks, Madhu
