I ms yasra was faculty in aptech kharghar navi mumbai i didnt receive my salary and incentive from the organisation yet and i have send dem mail bt dey didnt reply company has torcher me alot by taking my original certificates by telling that dis is rule of our company to submit original for ho verification they have not supportd me i wnt my salary plz take my complaint seriously.

Sir, i have joined here for oracle11g dba global certificate course, they totally charged 35, 000 rs which include training and global certificate exam, but end of the course they provided only participate certificate. Even i asked them to refund my global exam fees, but they are not responding, they are creating some fake stories and making everyone fool. Its completely fraud institute.

I was depositing my monthly fee of maac so they asked for a fine as i was not able to pay the fee for the previous month so i was paying it today with the fee of the current month and the asked for a 1500/- fine i asked them why fine, so they replied that being a private institute we can ask for as much fine as possible from a student it may be 5, 000 or even 10, 000. So i asked them to at least give me print receipt of my fine being deposited so they declined to provide and were forcing to take a slip or a written bill rather, on forcing they provided a fine receipt but with details above written as others and even applying gst and other taxes to it. So after talking to the branch head they replied that i forced them to ask for a printed copy and now its my mistake that the money is sent to the mumbai server and cannot be changed and i asked them where did my money went then, they replied it went to the category called "others" which means nothing!!! I am sending some proof with this email kindly check that too!!

I took admission at aptech vastrapur ahmedabad branch for telly with erp-9 they told me course duration is 2 month but they only tought basic tally and no further topics and no erp
They do not have sufficient faculty and they are very negligent to trainees and they do not pay attention or help or practice they did not provide course material after promising and my follow up
The head is very rude after taking money in advance they even refuse to talk

It is to hereby state that one of your franchise Institute named TECHNO CAMPUS that is in chandigarh was continuously playing with youth careers.
Number of cases happened before me and in last with me. I am sorry to say that I was working as a senior trainee at this campus.
I have given certifications test to get approved as a faculty in that campus at APTECH PORTAL, further those certificates will be given...

APTECH: the institute making students fool
As a Btech student of the premium government college Netaji Subas Institute Of Technology, Dwarka, moreover as a curious aspirant I was keen to learn web development course and thus made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing the aptech institute( Preet vihar, Delhi) for the same.
My counseling at Aptech (preet vihar, Delhi) was taken by Miss "SANJANA" who made the lots of false promises about the course(E-commerce) to me.
Some points I made for the refund of e-commerce course:
1.My frequency with the teacher both pankaj and mamta mam didn't match and I was not satisfiued with their method of teaching.
2. The course(as told to me during counselling ) was for the 6 month but after admission when i took my two classes and calculated the pace i was told that course would take 1.5 yrs to complete, which was far beyond the promise.
3.Batch didn't exist but still i was asked to take admission quickly.
4.Mailed all the things to Aptech customer care as well as the preet vihar institute e-mail

Even after this when i asked for the refund they found my reasons not bold enough and refused for the refund.
I wished to resolve this issue amicably and tried for nearly 1 month, even talked to the head Mr .ASWINI KHANNA who redirected us to Vikas and Sanjana again but results were nill, the staff was incoperative, unprofessional as well as repulsive.
Following things were quoted by Miss “SANJANA” aptech preet vihar receptionist:
1.My sister (IIM alumunus) who accompanied me to talk to aptech was asked to take one class as demo.
2.Sanjana behaved repulsively and unprofessionally.
3.Refused for the refund and forced me to take more classes.
4.Again and again referred me with some other name as she couldn’t remember my real name
P.S : I had the worst experience with this unprofessional APTECH, preet vihar institute. Refund was my right, still if someone asks me my views i would strongly recommend people "NOT" to take the aptech (any course).
I would appreciate if someone can help me to have my refund.

I am "Kanishk Verma" and recently joined Aptech on 7 January, 2017 and recently took 2 classes for the same course but was unsatisfied by the teachers and thus reported the same after first class.
I was told to take one more class by some different mentors and I am still not satisfied by the mentor and even the class was for 1.5 hrs with which the course can never complete in time .
It would be wise not to waste more classes and thus refund is the only possible way.

Aptech is the worst institute ever they had a tie up with icsi (Institutes of company secretaries of india) for a computer course i paid the fees for the same online at aptech site i went to their institute at allahabad centre they told me they will inform themselves as the new batch starts but later the course was cancelled by the icsi even aptech wrapped up all its operations from allahabad, aptech was responsible to return my money for which i have even a receipt their employee vipul desai just keeps saying his boss will email and talk about refund but its been an year he did not, i have emailed and called them several time to no avail i even showed them the online receipt generated but they do not want to return my money.

I doing web design and development course from here.
At the time of admission they confirmed me the classes held
on daily basis but after receiving money.
They are not on that FACE-WORDS-COMMITMENT on the time of admission.
Now they give classes on alternate days basis.
When I ask for daily classes they said our faculty available in Kamla Nagar branch for alternate 15days n another alternate 15days on our another rajori garden branch.
They never tell this things on the time of admission.
Bcoz of that our course have been going very very slow.

They play with the time and the careers of the students
Shame on this fake management for there commission they make fake commitments for money

Don't want to continue courses help me for refunding my fee.

Aptech playing with students with their career.our 6th sem should be held on June but today is September but any kind of schedule didn't arrive, everybody listen students we should have to complain register against aptech, neither they should not conduct exam.we have to work with media for conference with aptech employee then we should resolve our problem.

I am the student of Aptech Computer Education in Pakistan no one is giving proper information regarding certificate my higher authorities are saying that it will take a month but i still didn't get it will you please help me out solving this issue

I Saliq Yousuf of batch ACCP Pro (Aptech Srinagar Parraypora) want to file a complaint against my Aptech Branch residing at Kashmir Srinagar Parraypora.The problems and the fraud done is mentioned as follows:
1) The course was for a span of 1.5 year and till now a year has been and till this date my syllabus is only 30% completed
2)The teaching faculty are pass out postgraduate students, they are not giving any online exams...

There is some issues related name change, center entered wrong spelling of my name and after words i have submitted all required documents 7 months earlier including affidavit certificate. I Shahnawaz Ansari taken a admission for .Net Smart Pro in the months of April 2013.Bhandup(west) branch.As per course the duration was 175 days.At the time of taking the admission the counsellors told the course start within a weeks but course started after 1 months due to non-availability of faculty. Any how the course started but the faculty was ridiculous not coming in time for taking the lectures this continues through out the course. For studying this course i had taken a break from work.This foolish and people seriously wasted my 1 years. Unforunately my course till yet not completed.The whole aptech people seriously the disgusting people they play with student careers. They had taken the full course fees in advance from me as per course program the syllabus should complete within 175 days post 1 years the course was not completed. I wasted my Rs.32500.My family background is very weak i had borrow this money from my relative to pay the fees. My humble request is to refund my course fees earliest and possible. My appeal with government is to take strict action against this institute and there license should get cancelled so that they don't play with student careers. Regards, Shahnawaz Ansari

Why don't you join with www.vedicinfotech.com or www.esmartwebsolutions.com ?
These both Institutes are reputable and offering good course on Computers. I have complted my 1 year .Net course from Vedic Infotech

(www.vedicinfotech.com ) last year and they are offering very good course. My friend told he is joint with Esmart web solutions (

www.esmartwebsolutions.com) for his ASP training. These both insitutes www.vedicinfotech.com and www.esmartwebsolutions.com I'll suggest for you.

No Fee Receipt, Discontinuation of course
Sir I paid Rs.9000 for .NET course in the year 2007 on 14th of may at Aptech Preet Vihar Centre ( Delhi)
In exchange of that amount paid by me, they had given me a card on the back side of which they had written as amount of Rs 9000 is received by them,

with details such as course - .NET, date - 14/5/07, and the amount of the payee i.e is me (VIKAS NAGAR). When I asked for the receipt they told me that u

will get it with in few days as receipt book is not available. After some days of course i was almost unable to continue. For that i called Aptech Branch

Office to know whether there is any provision of refund of fees.When this thing reached to centre Director ( DALIP WADHWA) he challanged me to do

whatever i can do . And he told me that u wont be able to continue course and no fees details would be given to me.
So my humble request to you is that what should be done in this matter as its already been so late?

Don't join any courses in aptech computer education...bcz my friend joined that institute and spend 15 thousand for his course..in that institute staff not responding clearly...they won't teach and tell i[censored] know english means study yourself...and also institute head also won't considered..if anything complaint to head means he reply this is institute so we ll teach this type only..after finishing course they won't conduct interview or also not response..so plz plz don't join any courses in aptech computer education in coimbatore....don't waste your money and time...worst institute..

As informing all the students who are willing to make a career in IT field please, find some other ways to initiate your self and learn the IT subjects but do not go to such institutes i.e. APTECH COMPUTER EDUCATION. They are full of plans to make you fool and bring you in the pit. Please informing you that they will try and convince you by telling that they will provide you job opportunities but they will not see you also once you have paid the fee.

I am Akashdeep Singh doing company seceratary course from ICSI. In this course students have to pass a computer course from Aptech. ICSI has a contract with Aptech for such course. I deposited the fees online of Rs. 521/- on[protected]. As per rule and regulations of Aptech, a student have to appear in test within 30 days and students have option to appear 2 time in exam if he fails first time.

At the time of registration i select the Rajouri garden center of Aptech. I contact to such center many times during the period of 30 days but they have no information regarding my registration (i registered myself online). I also file the complain at Aptech online complaint forum and try to contact the helpline numbers many times but no body respond. During all this process period of 30 days is over because of fault of Aptech.
