[Resolved] Apy — apy money did not refunded in my account

I requested the bank for the closure of my apy account[protected] on january 2019 but did not close my account till now. When i contact bank they always said it will take more time. Not mention when will get, i didn't get my money back to the bank account till now please help... I DONT WANT THE APY ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP ME TO CLOSE THAT WITHOUT GOING BANK,
