[Resolved] Apy — apy money not refund after closing my account

My apy a/c (Atal pension yojana) has been closed after my submission of closer application to my sbi branch, jan, 2018. But the amount is not refunded till now. Urgently i need the sum. Branch manager told me that he cannot help in this matter as they have no control over that scheme. I have also lodged complain two times on nsdl website. But no response.
