Aqua Pure Plus — complaint regading repaired product | |||
i had purchased Aqua pure plus water purifier (RO+UV) on 18/05/2014, final receipt No. APP/R/06/7158. The purifier did not work for the past one month, inspite of repeated complaints through the phone, none of the customer care personnel attended or responded for the complaint. Therefore, i request you to look into this matter seriously and myself and my family had a undergone a mental stress because of the repeated negligence. Was this information helpful? | |||
