[Resolved]  Aqua Pure Plus — Poor service - not responding properly

I bought ro purifier from this company. They claim that they will provide free service for 3 yrs at the time product installation. But they are not following the same. I'm trying to book a general service request for past 7 days, though i get confirmation sms, but one one came to my house. Their customer service very worst and i do not understand why they are running this at all.

please intimate any one enter in your house with company Id card ...because some place our company sacked some guys cheating like so here after check the id card and...our company sms our company employee name and details to your mobile...so kindly co operate to avoid this type of things ...please call customer care[protected]
