Am jayaseelan from tnagar... I bought a ro machine last year from this company adyar branch.. Last month water not coming in our machine so i call this branch manger manivasagam he committed within 48 hrs we solve this issue but he is not send the person so often try this guy past 4 days but he gave wrong commitment for me so i complaint directly to his ceo mr. Sakthivel.. He guided me to complaint register in call center within 12 hrs my issue cleared... What s problem means that manager guy not intimate me about call center,,,, please any problem in aquapure plus call this no [protected]...
