Aqua Ultra — shipping defective product without refund

On 7th october 2017 i purchased one water purifier online directly from company website aquaultra.in. My order number is 6542 model number aqua ultra ux2104 ro uv uf alkaline water purifier. I made the payment online through paytm an amount of rs. 6590.00. The company shipped the product on 8th october 2017 through fedex tracking number[protected]. I received the product parcel on 28th october 2017. On email request for installation, they gave us a local number to fix an appointment with them. The installation person came on 02 november 2017. The engineer tried to install the product but found the product defective and damaged with major components missing. The engineer as well as we spoke to the company and they assured us for a fresh replacement immediately. On company request we paid rs.400.00 to the installation person which the company agreed to reimbursed with fresh replacement. After waiting for almost two weeks fifteen days i wrote the company an email asking for a refund of my money. The company replied saying a fresh replacement shall be shipped on 20th november 2017 through fedex tracking number[protected]. I received the replacement on 29th november 2017. The service installation person came on 2nd december 2017. The engineer found the same damaged product again, the engineer as well as we call up the company and informed them the content of the box and asked for the refund of our money. On same 2nd december 2017, we wrote again to the company asking for refund of our money but they replied us on 4th december saying repair the damaged product and use it but no refund. Again on same day i wrote them that i will approach legal system if no refund but yet they didnt replied.

I strongly recommend ( not to ) buy any product from aqua ultra.

They are entertaining customers to the last bit. They expect you to pay for the products as well as return the product, which they know is faulty and non working back to them and then you just relax to think that you had a BAD Dream or BAD DAY or rather be content that SOMETHING MORE BAD COULD HAVE HAPPENED.

I ordered 2 products in end of JUNE 2019, every product I faced problem - both primarily were not working from day 1 and seemed to have been packed and sent just like that. Details as below :

1.1st product - Gate valve & filter tape was missing. Also uv lamp was not working from Day 1 on its installation. NO REPLACEMENT SENT TILL DATE. - so you pay and order an UV WATER PURIFIER and the UV Lamp only do not work.

2. 2nd product :: uv barrel was damaged, with UV Lamp also not working - water leaking from all ends. A replacement sent by the office after almost a month with follow up of repeated 100+ calls, 150+ whatsapp and 15+ emails. Now we are getting ELECTRICALLY CHARGED water to drink - Practically its giving you ELECTRIC SHOCKS and potential element of DEATH RISK. The installer got heavy shock just after replacement parts was fixed.

Am not too sure if the organisation has specially made such products for POPULATION Control in India

When ever put complain, there is no response.

Only answer u get that you return the item to them via courier - so that they can eat the money you already paid as well as take back the product also - and perhaps send this faulty machine again to someone they manage to sell.
just guessing on their modus operandi - BUT am sure they are not in the right MINDFrame for doing business in the RIGHT Manners.

Govt. Bodies should take these incidents and such cases more seriously
same happened with me.
They sent me damaged and used by someone type product and after complaining they refused to replace.
Forget about the refund they even don't replace the faulty product.
