Aquafresh — Aquafresh Service

I purchased the Aquafresh RO on 7th Dec 2014 with 1 year warranty and 3 service free after every 4 months (within 2 hours the person came home and installed it - i was very happy to see the service but very little did i know what was ahead for me). On 18th April 2015 I requested for RO service on customer care no. . Inspite of calling atleast 10 times no one came for service and the lady everytime says it will be done by tomorrow. I am not able able to understand what kind of after sale service is provided by the Aquafresh company.I request please dont buy this product, the after sale service is very very poor. Ashish
