This is regarding a cockroach found in RO brought through online marketing mode from a company named Aquafresh RO.The RO was bought in cash payment and was promised 3 free service with it. But no service has been given by the compsny instead had to csll customer care multiple times.Recently a cockroach was spotted in RO tank by us and was informed to company to send the executive but since one week no body has responded n everytime we call they say we have no technician.
