Hi All,

Please don't buy Aquafresh RO as there is no after sales service. No body will pick up the call and there is no ISO certification. This is a fraud company.

I have purchased the Aquafresh Ro System of 50ltr. on Nov. 2016 from Aquafresh RO.
There is Sandeep(Manager/Mobile No. - [protected]/[protected].
Owner is Mr. Rajat. They are not taken our complaint serious. No I have arrange the technician to other Aquafresh dealer & his advised machine not installed properly its memoren & filter not from company its local.

Customers take a note of the below address and remember not to buy anything from them. They have been rated high on websites like justdial, which i am sure is another paid platform to promote such unprofessionals in their business and industry. I bought an amc worth 3200 rs. And within a week the parts changed started having problems and at a point ro was not working atall.
On the day when i had to buy the amc, they send over the technician within an hour, however after there were issues post amc, they were least bothered and i experienced horrible time speaking to their staff and registering complaint. Its been 3 days no water at home.
Hope this feedback, helps you to avoid them and don't get trapped on ratings on justdial seems fake and manupilative.
