Hi,
I purchased Aquafresh Challenger RO Water purifier from Divine Marketing, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on 17/10/2010 with 1 year warranty. Salesman name was Shyam. From the beginning, It started having problems. With in warranty period, now it membrane and kaddle have become faulty and after so many discussions, salesman sent a guy who replaced faulty membrane with other membrane which he carried along with him. I wanted to tell you the new membrane was not sealed pack and already opened. I had all heated discussion with him, but he refused to give me any proper reason. And he didn't even change kaddle. I am trying their customer care, they are saying I need to talk to salesman only. I tried to explain customer care lady "Gulista" that I already had talk with Salesman, shyam, But she refused to give me any other authority number. She kept repeating the same thing and didn't accept my complaint.
I am not happy with the service and the product. I am wasting my lot of time discussing with these ppl but getting no positive response.
In the warranty period, they are not listening my problems, How would they listen after warranty period?
Please resolve the issue asap.
