I purchased the product on March 2020 and installed in last of March. During installation it was working but machine was idle sine then. when I tried to use yesterday machine didn't work for which I made complaint. Technical man came today and said that the pump is not working. Which requires ₹2600/ plus ₹ 300/.
I'm surprised how a machine could inactive during my first uses. I request for free replacement of the pump. Was this information helpful? |
