Ar Enterprises — kent ro water purifier is not working properly...the alkaline content is too high.

I purchased a KENT RO water purifier from AR Enterprises (Oyur, Kollam, Kerala) 1 year ago, To be precise 1 year and 1 month ago. The warranty period is currently expired. The water ph value is on higher side and the alkaline content is also high. The TDS value of water is 150 (which is not good for drinking). I called them to get it repaired and they are not picking the call. One guy come from Excel enterprise(trivandrum) and said they currently have no idea to reduce the ph value; KENT is not providing any solution for that. My question is Why are we using water purifiers? To remove the impurities and make the water good for drinking.Am I correct? If KENT service person don't know how to reduce the Ph value, then why the hell you guys are giving dealership to such people. The AR Enterprise in kollam ; they are not coming to get it repaired too (since the warranty period is over) Why KENT is providing dealership to AR Enterprise (those who don't know how to resolve the issue). A hell of money is gone with the KENT purifier. I would say cancel the dealership of AR Enterprise and take action against them, I'm going to file a complaint in the consumer court against the KENT and the AR Enterprise (cheating people with the not working water purifiers and taking money).
