Aramex — Charged customs duty twice

Hello. On two separate occasions I ordered parcels that were shipped through Aramex. Both times Aramex gave me the option to pay import duties around Rs 550 each time through their app which I did. Payments were successful and Aramex received the money. However they still marked shipment as Cash on Delivery due to which delivery agent asked for the same amount (already paid) at doorstep and I was forced to pay twice to receive my parcel. The first time I raised complaint with Aramex and they didn't refund my money. They also didn't reply to follow-up emails from me. Second time they gave me a reference number for my complaint and promised to get in touch with me but never did and never replied to my repeated follow-up mails. Needless to say I never got my money back. Please assist.
