kyc rejected

I have ordered an item from nike.com with tracking number [protected] and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms and mail. I have uploaded my kyc but has always been rejected everytime i submitted. And i have been receiving messages that i have to upload my kyc to clear my order. As i have ordered using my short name and does not match the name on my id cards. What should be done in this case?...

I have submitted my kyc documents but are not being accepted as my electricity bill does not contain my full address. I have no other proof as all my other bills are addressed to my other house. My hawb no. Is [protected] please accept my documents as i am helpless and it is important that i receive this package. I hbe even sent my maintenance bill with it. If not could you send it to my other house which is located in hebri?

    My order under tracking no. [protected] from Nike.com is rejected due to non clearance of customs. I have consistently been trying to upload my kyc documents images in the aramex link provided in my mail without any success. I have been uploading documents on link given by aramex but the next day or even after few hours a messages pops up saying that require KYC documents. I also followed the link ‘request custom clearance-aramex’ and filled the mandatory slabs, yet i haven’t been contacted for further directions.
    I have been trying to contact aramex customer team but there has been no reply from them despite making many complaints.

      I submitted my kyc. but i get an email again saying that it had been rejected due to some technicalities but the link that gave was expired and it has been almost 29 hrs since then that i have gotten a new link and the customer care does not work. i looked on to the website also but it was on no help. please convey this message to the company so that i can get my shoes faster.

        My shipment was expected to be delivered by aramex on 15 november, 2019 but they are still not able to deliver it to me and customer support only asks to wait for some time
        Their courier servicing is extremely poor
        I request aramex to trace it as quickly as possible otherwise compensate for lost good. My awb no. [protected]. If my problem would be unable to resolve then i will never be again trusting aramex

          I have been notified about the requirement of kyc documents for the delivery of my product s. I have updated the same, like zillion times at your site. The stupid site site accepts it, after multiple attempt s but they keep sending me a msg later, that the same has been rejected and you need to update it again. M not a jobless person, that i ll keep doing the same thing over and over again. The stupid site has taken almost a month for the delivery. They keep harassing me daily. M really fed up now

            I ordered a medical training simulator form china & is shipped by aramex, i received a massage which saying that upload your company kyc documents, i received it once and i am not aware that it gets expired within 30 min, now the link does not work & i have not received the same till now. There is no link to upload kyc document on their website. How can i upload my kyc documents. Please give a suggestion

              I got email from the above mail (A call also) that my parcel is held for customs on 3rd sept 2019, so she said me to give all orders list with the payment or bank receipts for the same. She also told me not to give payment receipt for the shipping cost to aramex and so i did not attach it and sent the rest documents. Now sept 7th i got sms that my customs duty tax invoice is ready and it was rs 2891, i was shocked to see this because my items are worth only of $48 i. E rs 3421 (So nearly i got 85% custom tax). I immediately called her (I. E archana-aramex employee) but she did not respond, i emailed her on 8th sept because the actual mistake in custom tax invoice was the value of the goods was considered as rs 6000 (Because my total bill showed $87-this was including the shipping cost to aramex) but in my order's bill clearly shipping cost ($36), order's cost ($42) and total cost ($87) is separately written. The reply from the mail i got on sept 9th was that "as per your proof $87 was considered by customs". But why?? So what was the use of giving my payment receipts?? What was the use of giving bank payment details?? (My payment receipts did not show international shipping fee!!). If aramex had properly guided me this would not had happened only due to considering rs 6000 order's amount (Actually it should be 3421) i got 2891 custom's tax. Now i request aramex to please atleast return my half of the custom's amount i. E approx rs1500. Only due to their sheer negligence i have received this expensive tax. And one more thing i would like to add your employee archana responded very quickly before sending the documents (With calls and emails), as customs duty came she did not respond to my single call, nor did she gave reply to emails (U can only see above after getting tax invoice on 7th i called her 3-4 times she did not respond, after that i mailed her on 8th sept-i got reply on 9th, after that i did not got even a single reply). Is this what aramex service is??. And this was the first and last time i used aramex, i would not use it from now on.

              I also made a complain ticket on 12th Sept 2019, I got reply "concerned team to assist you with your inquiry at the earliest time possible", I waited but did not get any reply and no one contacted me till date (even still I mailed them on 14th as u can see in SS ).

              They ATE my money and product also.. charged 970rs for 1300 valued product.. such a BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY..Don't order anything through aramex

                My parcel was still pending since 10 oct it's going to be one month. How the shipment was not delivering my parcel since i paid the costum clearance payment too. Am too disappointed and they did not call me to informed me about the payment i have to make for which they are holding my parcel in delhi. Very very disappointed please do something that my parcel will reach before nov.

                  On the 17th of september i received an email from aramex saying that my shipment from china has been detained by customs. I have been asked to send the same documents repeatedly since that day, 3/4 times with the same response "send proof of payment, packing list, order form and order form"😑😑 and the sad part is i always get requested to send them all over again.. Im really tired of this up and down that im taken on. My business has now come to a stand because of this, its really starting to frustrate me. It seems aramax is not doing anything to get my issue sorted. Its been two and a half weeks, what does customs want from me so that can give them and get my goods.

                    Hello, i would like to make a formal complaint against aramex courier. At the beginning of august 2019, i sent myself from the uk a parcel with some personal objects (A list of the invoice is attached to this complaint for your kind perusal). While checking online i should have received the parcel by no later than 5 days to a week. We are no at the end of september and no one is providing any useful information about my parcel.
                    In august i was ask to provide identification document - which i have provided long ago, only 10 days ago they wanted a document called invoice to unblock my parcel from the customs.
                    After providing everything, i do not have anything with me yet, and if i mail no one provides a valid explanation.
                    I now don't know what else to do than complain. I really want my parcel to rightfully reach me.

                        When tracking my order, the status has been the same for 4 days now yet the town that it is said to be in is only 3 hours away from my town. "shipment is on it's way to final destination sorting facility and will be updated once ready for collection/delivery". This was the status on the 17 september 2019. I'm confused as to who i should contact about this matter

                          My commercial invoice is worth 40 usd and i am being charged almost 20usd i. E. 50% as custom fees for the same. As written on the product it is women panties samples - highest custom duty on these goods is 28.5%. Pfa commercial invoice i got attached with the shipment.

                          I am never ever going to use aramex again. Also i am informing my supplier of this misconduct by aramex.

                          I have raised request multiple time to delete this request, yet nobody from consumer complaints is deleting it. Delete this as soon as possible.
                          My awb no is [protected].the product shopped from Singapore to Delhi. After out of delivery status the new status changed to customer refused the delivery. After calling amarex they said phone number was wrong. Instead o[censored]pdating. Still three days and no response. They are highly irresponsible people. Never ship with them.the customer care worse.
                          pls DON'T order anything with aramex

                            Aramex has not delivered my product though when i track my shipment, same status since 3-4 day not updated (Shipment arrived at aramex destination facility - will be updated once ready for collection/delivery)

                            This has been happening since 23rd aug. I have tried to make complaints with the carrier (Aramex - [protected]) but they tend to give vague replies (Mr pritesh, mr najot — mumbai contact centre) and i am clueless as to where my shipment is in reality and why is it not getting delivered at all.

                            I have raised two complaints with the carrier provider but have only received vague replies. I am also mail to raju katkar ([protected]@aramex.com). But nothing is happen only they said wait 24hr always.

                                Aramex has not delivered my product though when I track my shipment, I am told they attempt delivery, but they have never reached my location neither do they contact me for the delivery.

                                Subject mentioned consignment reached the destination by 17.09.19 & Took out for delivery by 18.09.19.
                                Till 19.09.19 @ 04:17pm delivery team didn't call the receiver almost 48hrs gone.
                                Very very poor response from a customer service executive at +[protected].

                                  Ordered on jun 1 st and my product is not delivered yet. Aramex asking kyc even after submitting no response.. Please don’t use aramex courier service.. Nike store shopped my product on time but aramex is delaying.. They are not responding in anywhere looks like they cheated with many customer help

                                    Aramex charges fake customs in kerala

                                    Aramex delivery man charged rs480 as customs for an article i imported and did not give a customs duty receipt. I complained in the aramex site and they simply closed the complaint the next day without even a phone call or a message on what the resolution was.
                                    Since the item was unstitched cloth, there should have been no or little customs on it.
                                    This is a company that allows such frauds to be conducted by it's team.

                                      We have sent our export documents to customer on 13/07/2019 to nairobi and it was informed that courier will deliver of 17/07/2019. On tracking and conversation over phone on 17/07 they said its out for delivery. We checked with consignee but its not delivered on 17/07. Again on 18/07 they said its out for delivery and on 18/07 evening they said its delivered. We check with consignee but its not delivered. We again spoke to aramex but they insist that its delivered to some betty and same was showing on their tracking. On 19/07 we asked aramex to provide confirmation by mail as it was original documents of export and we got in panic as not delivered to our consignee and then on mail they said its not delivered and out for delivery on 19th.
                                      We are really shocked to see that aramex like company are giving false statement and same showing on their tracking to make their customer fool. Still courier is not delivered and their office in our city vapi telling that they can't verify it as calling to kenya incur isd charges. Really shame this kind irresponcive team aramex have.
