My parcel is shipped from Vasai Mumbai to Adas Anand Gujrat, so company does not have the competency to deliver the parcel to desired address as their representatives told me.
they do not provide services in that area, so they should not accept the order in first place and again they are not delivering my parcel to my desired address not allowing to deliver to another address as alternatives also

my parcel is now stuck...

I am writing this complaint to inform that I ordered product from Delhi to Bilimora on 19/12/23 and today is 25/12/23 from last 2/3 day's im asking for LR status to Bilimora office near bus stop bilimora 396321 Nandan courier.
But he not ready to give me proper response or LR status. He always says that he is out of station person working under him also don't have any knowledge about courier related.
I also called him on 25th dec he started using unwanted word. I run a business I should give the update to my customer.

So it's a humble request to you please take the needful action

A parcel was sent from Dhule Maharashtra to Bardoli Gujrat but the irresponsible person at the bardoli office didn't collect the parcel and now he is saying I am not responsible for the loss. The parcel is lost as the parcel was having things worth 2000 rs and some important documents. And now he is not taking the responsibility. He should be held for the loss and refund my money.

There is no update on my parcel since past 5 days. Assuming that It is lost by Nandan courier. After multiple follow ups with multiple team members, now I am putting the complaint regarding the lost parcel. There is no update on my parcel since past 12 days. Assuming that It is lost by Nandan courier. After multiple follow ups with multiple team members, now I am putting the complaint regarding the lost parcel. This is disheartening that we are not at all receiving any update neither on site nor on phone calls. Required my parcel at destination or origin or required the amount value of the products. I, Prathamesh Damle had put a parcel to be delivered at Dombivli East office and I was told that the parcel will be delivered by end of the next day. However, the parcel is still not delivered and the tracking functionality is not working on your website. It is an example of subpar service provision from your side and I regret sending my parcel through your service. I will not recommend this to anyone and further I will be complaining to consumer body. Nobody picks up the phone at your office, office is shut and tracking system does not work.
You do not take customers seriously and defrauding them is a serious problem. Tracking ID for my parcel[protected]

I booked my courier on 26th July from kolkata to Surat by their flight service.I didn't get courier till now(1st August). When I tried to track the order it showed that on 27th it was dispatched for Surat from Ahmedabad and on 28th it reached Surat but on 29th it left from surat to Ahmedabad I mean what is this and plus there is no proper response from their side as well.

We had received mango box 2 days later than what was promised after continuing reminder.
Premium service was availed to deliver the package but of no use. Very disappointed. We wanted our money back.

I have sent 6 kurtis on 22 march..at my clients address at junagadh.. but my parcel did not get delivered yet.. its over 1 month n above... i have called at all branches.. junagadh mangrole rajkot ... nagdevi from whr i shipped ...but parcel is nowhere.. everyone has denied .. it didnt reached junagadh only...i even mailed .. but no use ...no respond ...it is still showing on the way ..she demanded refund from me ... my parcel was of worth 1780.. who will pay this..plz provide me claim or get me my parcel... .. attaching nandan receipt

I have been waiting for this parcel for the past 7 days. It has reached Bangalore on 8th march. Today is 15th and I still did not get the parcel. Ur pathetic pathetic services are causing me huge huge losses. Nobody in your office cares enough to pick up call. I have called ur landline and this mobile minimum 100 times in the past 2 days. I m very very very frustrated.

I had sent courier using this service from Mumbai to Delhi, MangalPuri. I can see online that the courier had reached Delhi, but after that there has been no updates. Even after constant follow ups I am not getting any response and the Delhi staff is the the worst, especially one at Magal Puri, Delhi. They are super rude and have the guts to tell on the face that they won't deliver. Have dropped mail to their customer care, but no response. Using this courier service is like losing your money as well as your package.

Always it's only nandan courier who is not ready to deliver parcel to door step. I receive courier from every company but it's only nandan courier has VIP issues and give answers that it will return the parcel. Why are we paying 100 rs courier charges to the sender if we have to go down and get the parcel. If company is unable to deliver then better shut the company. Check the definition of courier service.

Parcel Missing And When I'm tracking it shows reached at centre but centre executive tell me I didn't get ur parcel plz go to RO and check

He is asking every time to pick up courier from their office at vinchhiya. Please provide details that why he is not giving delivery at our office address.
