I Booked a courier with SHREE NANDAN COURIER SERVICE (NO.[protected] on 03rd august 2025 (11:11) at Dhriti Enterprise - Aaryuvedik Tranrasta, Aajwa Road - Vadodara. A Receptionist gave clarification which your Courier will Deliver by 05th august 2025, and I suppose that the courier is safely deliver on 05th august 2025 but when I track courier on 06th august 2025, that courier is at VIRANI CHOWK branch Rajkot on 05th august 2025 (22:42)...

My parcel from Surat was dispatched on 16th April and when tracked it had reached Bangalore office on 19th April. But it was not delivered to me at all. I waited as it was locked down in the city till May end. Thought it would reach me once it is lifted.And the Bangalore office numbers weren't getting connected in these times. Atlast got connected to them on 23rd May and they asked me to call again on 24th and when I called they said they...

This is to bring in your notice that I was waiting for my document carrying urgent cheque of mine from 14th April 2021 as it was booked from Gurugram on that date only by your company but this is very unfortunate to mention that I have still not received my document though the document is lying at Jalandhar itself since 15th of April 2021 but your guy at Jalandhar (with mobile no.+[protected] didn’t even bother to deliver or inform...

Gentleman, This is with reference to the failure of delivery of a packet bearing reference number[protected], by Shree Nandan Courier Service Pvt Ltd . I had handed over the packet on 5th August 2014 at Kapurbvadi Thane west Branch and was promised that the delivery would take place within the next two days to reach at Chakan Pune.I am sorry to inform that not only has my packet not been delivered till date, but there has been no attempt...

My parcel is shipped from Vasai Mumbai to Adas Anand Gujrat, so company does not have the competency to deliver the parcel to desired address as their representatives told me.
they do not provide services in that area, so they should not accept the order in first place and again they are not delivering my parcel to my desired address not allowing to deliver to another address as alternatives also

I am writing this complaint to inform that I ordered product from Delhi to Bilimora on 19/12/23 and today is 25/12/23 from last 2/3 day's im asking for LR status to Bilimora office near bus stop bilimora 396321 Nandan courier.
But he not ready to give me proper response or LR status. He always says that he is out of station person working under him also don't have any knowledge about courier related.
I also called him on 25th dec he started using unwanted word. I run a business I should give the update to my customer.

So it's a humble request to you please take the needful action

A parcel was sent from Dhule Maharashtra to Bardoli Gujrat but the irresponsible person at the bardoli office didn't collect the parcel and now he is saying I am not responsible for the loss. The parcel is lost as the parcel was having things worth 2000 rs and some important documents. And now he is not taking the responsibility. He should be held for the loss and refund my money.

There is no update on my parcel since past 5 days. Assuming that It is lost by Nandan courier. After multiple follow ups with multiple team members, now I am putting the complaint regarding the lost parcel. I, Prathamesh Damle had put a parcel to be delivered at Dombivli East office and I was told that the parcel will be delivered by end of the next day. However, the parcel is still not delivered and the tracking functionality is not working on your website. It is an example of subpar service provision from your side and I regret sending my parcel through your service. I will not recommend this to anyone and further I will be complaining to consumer body. Nobody picks up the phone at your office, office is shut and tracking system does not work.
You do not take customers seriously and defrauding them is a serious problem. Tracking ID for my parcel[protected]
This is not justified.

Not deliver to my parcel proper time and tracking information wrong showen. Curious office not give proper answer not complete service and not receiv call and not email answer

I booked my courier on 26th July from kolkata to Surat by their flight service.I didn't get courier till now(1st August). When I tried to track the order it showed that on 27th it was dispatched for Surat from Ahmedabad and on 28th it reached Surat but on 29th it left from surat to Ahmedabad I mean what is this and plus there is no proper response from their side as well.
