My Homeshop18 order no.[protected] and AWB number [protected] booked on 10/29/2012 has been misdelivered by Aramex Courier.The tracking service on Aramex's website is showing the status as delivered to MADAN on 11/1/2012 There is no such person as MADAN at my place. Kindly look into the situation and help me recieve my product.

    Hello All,

    I would like to lodge a complain against Aramex shipping company.
    I had 3 shipment to be delivered by aramex. In aramex site when I track the status of my item it shows delivered a month back.

    However I have not received any of them. I have dropped mail to all responsible contact person mentioned in their website. But had never received any positive response from their end.

    I feel that aramex is a fraud company which cheats with their customers, such companies should be banned.
    I am registering this complain with you please look into the issue ASAP.

      Sir,
      My product has been shipped with aramex courier the awb no:-[protected] on 18th november from delhi to patna but i have not got my product delivery yet when I call there Kolkata Airport office they tells me the product would be delivered today but never happens. One of them had taken the guarantee that the produlct would be delivered today that the product would be delivered on 30th october till 5p.m his name was Vinod he had told me that that if the product would be not delivered he would pay me the money but till now it hasn't been delivered the product cost was Rs.2405 and the product is not delivered. I have much call to them now I can't believe the frauds.I have update my alternate contact no. and told the landmark that I think a kid also knows that place if lives in patna.

      Aramex — pilferage of consignment

      shipment no [protected] from E mart solutions Ltd was not delivered to me but as per their records it was delivered. It is a case of theft of consignment. it is better to avoid dealing with ARAMEX

        Dear Sir,
        I had booked “ASPEN BP-103H Fully Automatic Digital Blood Pressure Monitor” from Indiatimes shopping on 18th October 2012 vide order id[protected].

        The same was shipped via Aramex couriers on 20th October 2012 for delivering the same to my address. According to Aramex they have attempted delivery on 22nd October 2012 at 4:15 PM with the remarks stating that “Customer refused to receive the shipment”. I would like to point out over here that no personnel of Aramex couriers had come to deliver the shipment even though my wife was in the house from 3pm onwards on that day.

        I called Aramex on 25th October 2012 at approx… 10.30 AM and spoke to Mr. Vinod who confirmed that my parcel will be delivered between 2PM and 7PM on 25th October 2012. Again I wish to point out that no personnel of Aramex couriers have come to deliver as I was there in the house the full day.

        They have also updated their website stating that an sms was sent to the customer. I have not received any SMS.

        I would like to ask Aramex below points:
        1. Who did they send on 22nd October 2012 and who refused to accept the parcel?
        2. Why did they not leave a missed you note so that we can contact them?
        3. Why did they not try to deliver the parcel on 25th October 2012 inspite of Mr. Vinod’s assurance?
        4. To which mobile number did they send the sms on 25th October 2012?

          I have ordered one product from Seventymm.com. My order no is SMA0398370. They sent my product on 4th,oct 2012 by Aramex Courier service. The booking id of this courier service is [protected].
          After more than 15 days gone they can't able to deliver my product. When i called them they every time told me that wait for few days more we will deliver your product but they didn't deliver my product.
          Now today when i called them they told me that they have already deliver my product on 15th oct,2012. They not even called me and they deliver my product. I don't know where and whom they deliver the product.
          The most fraud courier service i ever seen. Don't send any product through them.

          Aramex are the biggest crooks! Their website tracking says my package has been delivered and it is signed by someone who's name has NOTHING to do with my name!!!

          WTF!- I call their office and no one picks up. I leave messages and no one calls back. I send them Emails, No one is there!!!

          What kind of [censored] company is that?! SO frustrating !

          NEVER AGAIN!!!

            Aramex fraudently set the status of my samples by P&G as delivered, whereas I have not received any. They say that it is delivered somewhere in Maharashtra, but I reside in Chhattisgarh, have given the address details in website. Below are the details, and I am sure they will do the same to the dispatched products too, i.e., keeping it to themselves, not delivering to customers. Many same complaints against Aramex when you search through google.

            I am submitting details of sample products I was going to receive from P&G via Aramex courier. They have kept the products themselves (as read in many consumer complaint websites) and fraudently declared this as delivered to somewhere in Maharashtra, whereas I live in Chhattisgarh.

            I am sure they would do this to some dispatched items too, will not deliver to me.

            Aramex is Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst ever courier service in India. Pathetic, disgusting, irritating, irresponsible courier service. My shipment was dispatched on 3rd Nov, after 7 days it is showing lying in the same Delhi hub. India post general Parcel service is much better than you.

                On 4th oct it was shown Out of delivery & on 5th Oct 2012, It was written that the delivery Attmepted but customer refused the shipment. While talking to customer care of Aramex on the same date, they had told that It was routed wrongly from their side & shipment will be delivered to me on 6th Oct. On 6th Oct they had told me it will be delivered on 8th Oct. It was updated wrongly in their website as told by their customer care. Why these people were giving wrong on their site regarding the shipment. Today is 8th Oct, When my shipment will be delivered. Till now I had not received any update from their side about the shipment, where my shipment is & when they will deliver the shipment.

                  DELAY IN DISPATCH
                  A customer service agent informed me that the package would reach me by 6pm. It is well past 6pm and as this is an office address I cannot sit here forever. I have been waiting from 4:30pm, simply because I was informed that it would reach me before 6pm.
                  In addition, the tracking service says that I have been sent an SMS, but I have received none. Will this package even be delivered, or is your delivery service...

                  I live in borivali..i was supposed to get a courier from u guys..i had called customer service n they said that my courier will b delivered today itself..my courier no is [protected]..its nearly 5 pm now.i had specified that i want in by afternoon.just tell me what time it shall b delivered to me???i checked on ur site too.first they said that my courier is on hold.then they say its out for delivery.what..its gonna b delivered in evening..tomorrow is sunday..please do the needed..i need it as soon as possible.

                    One Courier Sent to me by rewardme.in site through Aramex Courier on 24/7/2012 vide reference no. [protected]. This Courier has not reached to me till 20/9/2012 despite regular chasing through E-mail and Customer care complaints. How ever now they have changed the delivery status as delivered on their website. It is not clear that when and whom they delivered the article. Very Poor Service and forged information on website. This is really an unreliable courier company and they should change their name as Araam Must. No commitment to the work. GOD SAVE FROM THEM. VINAY MADAAN, [protected]

                        I am Jyoti Agarwal. I have requested a few free samples online from Rewardme.in on April 14th , 2012 and on June 14th 2012 I received a e-mail from them saying that they have couried the requested samples through ARAMEX courier services (Shipment no. [protected]) but when I opened the courier company site and checked the shipment status it showed delivered on 26th June, 2012. So, I complained the company regarding my not receiving the shipment . But even after speaking to the customer care people for several times there are no results. Whenever I am speaking to them they are just telling I'll get it tomorrow as so on. So, I request you to take the necessary action. Thank You.

                        I also had similar experience. consignments are stolen by ARAMEX & as per their record they are delivered.

                        I have also requested a few free samples online from Rewardme.in. I got 4 sms from ARAMEX regarding
                        4 shipments ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) delivery in Dec12 end, when i follow up for same they said it is already delivered at your address in Faridabad in Nov 12. Whereas i didn't receive any shipment. I checked with Reward me they are saying that it has been given to ARAMEX and Aramex people r saying its already delivered. I sent a complaint mail also to Aramex, they reverted that they will check the case but didn;t get any revert from them in these 2months inspite of Reminders.

                        PLEASE don't trust ARAMEX, even their customer care exe. are , they don't know about their product, locations etc, they just say if it is showing delivered then its delivered, not our look out. Aramex is a big courier company, but they have outsourced their delivery system to small vendors in city.

                        I request you to check with these Thiefs & take necessary action.

                          This is a complaint from my side and the same was faced by my friend earlier that we are not getting the products and status shows "delivered".

                          Below are few of my shipment references. Can you please update me about the deliveries. Out of this [protected] is showing as delivered where as this was never been shipped. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

                          further regarding the transaction number -[protected] which is appearing as delivered. My concern is that this is never been delivered. And further this should come to noida but surprisingly the same is delivered by GURGAON desk. How is it done?

                          I had also raised complain #bom/0912/352 but no action has been taken. Can anyone assist on this.

                            I had Aramex courier [protected] shipped on 23rd Aug 2012. I should have received it in 2-3 working days.

                            Person claimed that he visited my address on Sat. 25th Aug. 2012. But unfortunately no one came. Person lied.

                            Then again same thing happened on Monday. Repeated on Tuesday.
                            Everyday when I called customer care, they only told me it will come today.

                            Person comes randomly. No idea when he will come.

                            Aramex is so poor company that they can't afford a phone call.
                            Neither they give phone no. or mobile no. of the person who is coming for delivering.

                            Because of this I am still waiting for my courier.
                            I already launched 2 complaints. But no reply from Aramex, they have just kept silent.

                            Hope someone from Aramex will respond to this.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that Aarmex courier is not providing good service rather making fool of their customers.
                              i have send some of my important documents to karnataka (gulbarga) ad inspite of delievering that at the right address they delievered it to the wrong place.and after calling them again and again they are still not taking any action regarding my courier and i would like to bring to your notice that the parcel contains very important documents of mine and i cant even bear the loss of dem..

                              I agree with you. This seems to be big name company but very poor delivery system. The items are only delivered on papers. No real delivery of the items. Vinay

                                I ordered a very expensive shirt from ShoppersStop and it was shipped via Amarex and for 1 week I was not provided the tracking number. Then I made telephonic calls and finally was given a tracking number and on tracking I discovered that my product has a different address than mine and for 4 more days it just danced around Goregaon, Mumbai while it was to be shipped to Shimla.

                                Later, on calling the Aramex CCS,( indeed their customer care service is pathetic ). I came to know that it was been returned since Aramex is not capable enough to deliver anything at Shimla. While on their tracking site it showed that the product has been delivered & stamped & delivered to 12345 at Mumbai???LOL

                                I, then asked ShoppersStop to send it to me via Bluedart, the Indian partner of DHL ( the best in business and delivering in time). I never had any problems from myantra.com or flipkart and they use Bluedart. Hopefully and finally I shall receive my shipment in few days.

                                When these guys do not have the potential to send any shipment, why are they running a courier company and that too on lies of delivery in 2 days and anywhere in India??? And if they cannot deliver to a particular area, why do they take the package in the first place?

                                I strongly suggest that Aramex has run kaput and must vend peanuts instead of shipping couriers, which in fact they cannot deliver!!

                                Aramex — non delivery of product

                                Aramex courier service has misplaced my inexpensive watch and are no responding to my queries. they have been delaying d delivery for a long time.they are also no showing any reponsiblity towards my misplaced product.

                                  I would like to complain that Aramex Courier has failed to deliver my parcel AWB No: [protected] for almost a month since I had placed an order with Bestylish in July. Aramex is withholding my parcel and all calls have been met with assurances that delivery would be made very soon. My calls to them has been since the last two weeks but their website has fraudulently posted "Delivered to incomplete address". I had provided them with my full address as mentioned in the shipment as well as my phone number but they have not delivered yet nor have they called me to inform the status of my parcel. At this rate, i suspect that my parcel is already lost or stolen. Aramex Courier has failed in all respects

                                  Ha ha!! That's not a new thing, Aramex is kaput. They did the same with my order but hopefully I shall get my shipment via Bluedart, the best in India.

                                    I made an online purchase on 14th Aug 2012 in www.homeshop18.com for the money Rs.2448 - order number[protected].

                                    I was expecting a couple of shipments(AWB#[protected],AWB#[protected]) on Friday,17Aug2012 as I had to travel to my native Salem, TN on the same day. I had the tickets booked even.

                                    I would be out of Bangalore for the entire week from 18Aug2012 - 25Aug2012. So I wanted the parcels on or before Friday, 17Aug2012

                                    Though the parcels have reached bangalore on 17Aug2012 early morning, they haven't delivered those.

                                    When I contacted the customer service they said they arrange a delivery on Saturday,18Aug2012. For which, I have changed my plan, cancelled my travel tickets and stayed back in bangalore believing that they will deliver on Saturday.

                                    Then I realized that even on Saturday,18Aug2012 I will not be getting it, Which means they were holding the parcels for two complete days and were giving all wrong information that they will deliver.

                                    I asked for the Bangalore branch phone number to see the exact status. They refused to provide.

                                    Further worse, When I called to the customer care on Saturday, they were asking me to go to the branch office and pick those up. What is the service that they are offering?

                                    ** Customer care is worse and irresponsible people who gives all false information.
                                    ** Service is poor and they talk about their process to the customers. When they don't get customer satisfaction, what is that process for?
                                    ** This complaint would be on both (1)Aramex Courier (2) www.homeshop18.com as they have the tie up with worse courier.

                                    Consequences
                                    I cancelled my travel plans and wasted my time waiting for the parcels which never came.
                                    I was given all false data whenever I called the customer care. I called 4times till now.
                                    It was a online purchase from www.homeshop18.com and i paid Rs.2448 for that.

                                    This seems to be the standard response from Aramex. Has anyone ever received a package from them this far? All I've seen about them are complaints of non-delivery and forged tracking information, with undelivered goods being displayed as delivered.

                                    Would it be possible to initiate proceedings against the company for damages incurred as a result of their incessant delays? I have read countless reports of travel plans changed and cancellation charges incurred as a result of their poor service, and I have been forced to reschedule a business meeting as well and have still not received my parcel despite their assurances.
