For shipment [protected], Amazon.com chose a detailed address which said Hyder nagar and my rental agreement mentions Nizampet, whereas, on Swiggy, it comes as near Nizampet and Hyder Nagar. These areas were developed after 2014, and hence there are a lot of problems with match addresses. The house number, flat name and pin code are the same.
I have only temporarily shifted to Hyderabad from another state, and right now can't shift everything to this address just to receive a parcel. Some personnel from Hyderabad can clear this easily, but it's difficult to automate all KYC processing, especially for a country like India.
I request some Aramex personnel to look into this and process my package.
