Aramex Couriers — Charged me twice | |
Hi, I have ordered one product from Alibaba. Tracking id is [protected]. Which is already delivered by Delhivery. There was a charge of 1107 Rs. as cod. And I paid it also. Now I want to know why I am being charged 1107 as cod. I already paid 1107 Rs. online at Aramex on 23rd of January. I don’t understand why am charged two times? Earlier I reported the same issue but your cs Seema Kumari answered only once. Told me item delivered but she never answered about double charges. Sent her so many emails but not I single reply I received and she closed my complaint. Is this the right behaviour. Please let me know that why I am being charged twice. Refund me my Money. Again that Seema Kumari sent me the same answer that product delivered and closed my complaint. Attaching all the screenshots. Was this information helpful? | |
