I have ordered a book from amazon which has reached your warehouse in bangluru. I had received the e mails regarding the documents for it to be cleared from customs. I have uploaded the same at least 4 to 5 times till date. Still the next day i get the message about failure of the custom clearance. I am not able to contact the corresponding office telephonically bcoz none of them are correct. Your web site is not receiving the required data for customer help. Now in this scenario what am i supposed to do? How can i know what is going wrong? Was this information helpful? | |||
