[Resolved] Aramex Couriers — Invalid Identity proof document at custom clearance | |
My Tracking Number: [protected] was showing "Invalid Identity proof document" & "Shipment Held for Customs Clearance - Customer Documents Required (KYC)" I responded to their mail and uploaded my Adhaar Card Front and back, also my Pan card. and my front page of SBI Passbook. but still the Tracking Number was updated as "Invalid Identity proof document". I now don't know what to do, i submitted a request to at their webpage "reference number CCU/1121/248", i've twitted & DM them, i've tried the facebook to explain it. but still its same. there was a difference in my Shipping address and the address in my ID... the difference was that i mentioned the Name of building i live in my shipping adress. thats all. if in any way im getting help from here please check this Tracking number too :[protected]. its also arriving to India, and im sure it also will face the same issue.
