Aramex Couriers — items not delivered and no solutions from courier | |||
I have ordered items form amazon.com on the 8th of december to dubai. I even tracked the items on the amazon website and they have arrived in the warehouse long ago. The items were supposed to arrive at my home before the 25th which was christmas. After multiple attempts in arranging delivery inside a time frame that i will be at home and calling the aramex company there has been no change in arrangement it seems. First i recieved a notification that it was address issues but it is not as my address stated is correct. It was automatically corrected from your side without me. Every time i call i spend hours on the phone, day after day i get the same answer that the items are still in the warehouse or they just dont contact me about changes. They told me if i want it i can go pick it up myself. Isn't the whole point of ordering items online not to go and buy it from a shop? If i wanted to do that i could have gone to a mall instead. They were intended to be christmas presents. I have contacted amazon as well and they have also contacted the courier but in turn recieved no response. All i recieved was a bad apology and no solutions and then i'm told "maybe tomorrow they will come". As it seems aramex has no regard to customers needs and the service they provide is highly unorganised. Until now there has been no attempt from their courier side to rectify this.
