Aramex Couriers — Kyc rejected due to name mismatch

Hello Sir,
My KYC Uploaded Document has been rejected due to "Consignee name does not match with provided KYC documents .” This issue occurred because The Account was created with my nick name and automatically the order got placed with that name, now the problem is that my every Document is Named With My official name and I can't do anything regarding this cause no updation is possible in my documents as it's not an easy task to do for such purpose, my shipment details are as follows [protected]
Kindly provide solution and pls clear my customs as i have uploaded my documents and have completed the process, it's not good to hold the consignment on the basis of some name mismatch though I'm providing my authentication in your several given forms.
Kindly look into this matter and pls help me

Kyc rejected due to name mismatch as order was place by my sister to deliver on my address with my nickname and not full name, so when I submit my KYC it was rejected. Please help
