Aramex Couriers — link not working to upload the kyc documents

Hi, I ordered a tripod head on amazon us. It's been shipped through aramex courier. I received a link from aramex 3 times to upload my kyc documents in order to clear the customs. But the links are not working. It says "object moved to here". I tried creating a account to upload the document. But couldn't find the page or form to upload the document. I have ordered a white and pink kurti but you have send some another product instead of it.So please exchange or give refund. Please do the needful. I have added the product which we have got instead of our product.

Hi I purchased a product from amoze it's been shiped through aramax courier. I submit my kyc document through manage your address but till date my products is not clear from custom. Update is same.
