Aramex Couriers — Messages for KYC

Hi, this is regarding the messages you send for KYC documents to be uploaded on your site. Inspite of doing it i keep getting messages with the AWB Number atleast 10 times a day . It is very disturbing when these messages are sent at 3 AM. Even after the product has been delivered i keep getting these messages all through the day. Kindly update your system because your service for sure is horrible. Products which i have received a week back, i still get messages saying YOUR PRODUCT IS ON THE WAY TO INDIA. PLEASE STOP THIS. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

First of all... They over invoiced my product... The real value was 29 dollars and they over invoiced to 50 dollars and forced me to pay customs of 54% on 50 dollars and in reality customs is only 28% of the bill. It's a fraud company
What the hell kyc is????... How many days i have to wait for merely a delivery... This is not done.. Customer satisfaction is zero

One of the possible reasons why there was an error regarding the upload of KYC documents is that once you he got the mail from Aramex, the link expires if you do not reply to that mail within 30mins. (which actually is very frustrating)

Please fill up this link and send the documents to Aramex within 4 hours.

Please find the below link of Aramex Customs Clearance form
https://www.aramex.com/customercare/create-request.aspx?q=c3ViY2F0aWQ9NDQwMyY%3d...
Alternatively, if in case your having some issues or not able to upload the KYC in time, you can follow this steps so that you can search KYC from your end also,
Step 1: Search in Google as "Aramex Custom Clearance" and the first link would be mentioned as "Request Custom Clearance- Aramex".
Step 2: Open the link and you will find a "Click here to request Customs Clearance quotation " at the end of the page; on opening that link you will get the page were you can enter your details such as Name, email ID, mobile number etc.
Step 3: After that you will be redirected to a page saying that your request has been received by the. A request number will be shown to you. If you click on the reference number, you will be redirected to the page where you can upload the KYC Documents.
I'm a first timer to order a shoe from USA using Amazon app. Amazon app informed me that I've to just show my ID proof while delivery.

But now I'm getting mails to upload KYC documents and the link to upload documents seems broken and showing as 'Link is expired!', even though I tried to access it on morning (I received that mail around 3am).

There is no proper customer support contacts. Now I'm confused whether I receive my order or not. Not sure whom to contact now. Have registered a status request with Amazon now, and waiting for the response with fingers crossed.

I'm wondering why Amazon chose Aramex for international delivery in the first place? Is it because they are cheap? Aren't there good courier services like DHL, FexEx, etc which does better delivery?

Now God only knows I'll receive my product or not. I recommend not to order any international product (global store) from Amazon app.
I recently ordered from Amazon.com and got my goods delivered without any problems. At first I was also confused about the KYC document upload but then I called the customer care and they told me not to worry about it. He only requested that I keep my ID proof ready at the time of delivery. However, I did log a support call and with their help I was able to upload KYC document. The frustrating part is that there is no link available to to upload the KYC document. I also saw my shipment status showing that document needs to be submitted and got worried, but in the end it turns out that it's just part of the porcess on how Aramax handles the shipments. So, for other buyers don't worry about it Aramax will handle the customs and shipment.
Very bad website

My package has arrived long long...really long...back. But, both, Aramex SMS and email for submitting KYC documents keeps coming 4 or 5 times a day!!!
Please correct your software. It is sickening.

I have received email to submit kyc documents. But they are not clear as to whose docs. The one who ordered? Or the one who paid? This is my first time ordering internationally so I am dunce in this matter. In hurry I uploaded my docs(I'm not paying) as the link would expire soon. I am really confused. Upon tracking it is still saying additional docs reqd. since last week. Everyday I receive email from amazon to contact carrier/update kyc#. But there has been no one to tell me what I did wrong or what is actually required and how to remedy the same!

I am dilip sharma . my kyc document submit. please send my parcel.

Please find attached Aadhar copy of Mr. Sanjay Chowdhary. Requested to update your record to deliver the material

Pls up data my kyc documents and send my parcel

this kyc procedure is quite tedious. Moreover, the portal provided is quite cumbersome. when I have already provided my kyc to Amazon while ordering the product, why I again have to do it? The entire service is more than worst. Amazon should stop this international service forthwith.
