Hello my kyc is getting rejected as my address proof is not matching my adhaar. Im staying at a hostel, how do get my shipment cleared from customs.

@aramex i have updated by kyc details and its still showing my consignee name does not match with my kyc address proof. I am staying at my brothers house. how can i resolve this.

Hi, This email is regarding my KYC document submission for my shipment[protected] with order number 63531893. I have already uploaded all these documents however it was rejected that the address on delivery doesn’t match the proofs. I am staying in a temporary address in Chennai for which I have submitted my rental agreement which is exactly my delivery address. Despite the fact that I have submitted my documents I have been harassed by your company policies to keep uploading same documents again and again.
I have almost lost my patience waiting for the shipment delivery while I’m approaching my training schedule in less than 24 hours where as the necessary products for my training is still with you and package is delayed. I’m writing this email with utmost disappointment and expecting at least someone from your team honestly takes time to go through the documents submitted and release my shipment.

I ordered two shoes from nike but with different names but i gave the same number but im having problems with the kyc documents because the adress that is written there is not the adress that i stay and i dont have a pan card or voter id because im only 17 thats why i send my sister's pan card and voter id i order one shoe with my name and the other with my friends name
