Aramex Couriers — order on hold by aramex

My overseas order is kept on hold and not being delivered by aramex ever since it landed in india.
They are consistently rejecting my kyc and asking again n again for submitting kyc.
Even after trying with different documents, i. E, aadhar and passport,
They are sending messages your kyc is being rejected.
I dont know why they are keeping it on hold maybe to extort some more corrupt money on the pertext of custom hold charges.
