Aramex Couriers — Package stuck | |
I have ordered shoes from Nike and after the product was shipped I got a message from aramex that it has been shipped and I have to do my KYC which I did. I am currently staying at Kolkata due to my work reasons and my permanent address is different than my current address hence I uploaded the rent agreement along with the Aadhar and PAN Card but they rejected it. Aramex customer service is very poor and do not reply to the complaints. Please help as my parcel is stuck Was this information helpful? | |
