I was told that as soon as the cheque of payment for the tv was cleared, the tv/product will be delivered on the very next day which did not happen and was delayed by two days after many calls from my side to the store. After which the delivery was made and the tv was working well, until my family and I discovered that some of its functions like Youtube and Amazon Prime, browser etc., were not working. I contacted the store and my complaint was registered last Thursday (request id:[protected] then after multiple calls to communicate the problem I was promised everyday that a technician is on his way and will come to my house to resolve the issue in another 2-3 hours but that was just a lie. No one came and i was lied about the same everyday. Until today I called again, like yesterday and everyday before that and they registered a new complaint (request id:[protected] to which I am not optimistic either. I was told to keep the company packaging for the tv for 15 days in case of return and now the delay makes imagine why they are delaying to resolve the issue, I think it is just because they don't want to replace in case there is some serious issue with the product and assume the liability. Either way it's irresponsible, harassment for me as a consumer, and passing fake information and misguiding on their part
