Hi. I bought LG Refrigerator from Arcee Electronics, kamothe store we have got delivery on 9 april . but the front part of it was damaged. They said the replacement will be done in 1 week which didn't happen. now today is 5 may . 1 month has pass but still the refrigerator has not replace

    I have purchased LG LED TV from Arcee Electronics along with 3 years of extended warranty (from 3rd part vendor Onsite Go). Arcee has closed all their shops in Mumbai and not reachable on any of their customer care number.
    When i approached the Onsite Go for the support, they said my extend support plan has been cancelled and they can not support. i don't know what should i do now as i have already paid for 3 years of extended warranty and both Arcee and Onsite go is not supporting.

      About additional warranty

      I have purchased a tv and other appliances from Arcee electronics Vashi store. While purchasing I have paid extra money for additional warranty which is provided via one assist app which is a third-party member of Arcee electronics.

      Recently I saw some defect in my tv and tried to contact Samsung company, so they informed us that our as initial warranty is over and additional warranty was remaining. So, I tried to contact Arcee...

      Hi. I bought LG Refrigerator from Arcee Electronics, Belapur store on 17th December under Name- Prachi Kate. I got the refrigerator on 20th but the side part of it was damaged. They said the replacement will be done in 24-48hrs which didn't happen. Their one of the website number is wrong and other is not working. No point of contact .
      Also before delivery, and after 24hrs of booking I had asked for a color exchange. The store royally ignored and denied any help here. We are living in the digital and customer centric era and LG or Arcee both are not living up to that and don't care about it. I've spent 24k on the product which will go on for years and such a small request is not been considered by the brand is very pathetic. My only hope is Consumer forum Please help me in this case as its a long term investment or give me back the REFUND. Awaiting response. Thanks

      After sale your service is very poor for warranty card customer has to take appointment for dealer stamping on warranty card customers has to register a complaint in to service and customer has to take follow up with company ver very poor service

        I was told that as soon as the cheque of payment for the tv was cleared, the tv/product will be delivered on the very next day which did not happen and was delayed by two days after many calls from my side to the store. After which the delivery was made and the tv was working well, until my family and I discovered that some of its functions like Youtube and Amazon Prime, browser etc., were not working. I contacted the store and my complaint was registered last Thursday (request id:[protected] then after multiple calls to communicate the problem I was promised everyday that a technician is on his way and will come to my house to resolve the issue in another 2-3 hours but that was just a lie. No one came and i was lied about the same everyday. Until today I called again, like yesterday and everyday before that and they registered a new complaint (request id:[protected] to which I am not optimistic either. I was told to keep the company packaging for the tv for 15 days in case of return and now the delay makes imagine why they are delaying to resolve the issue, I think it is just because they don't want to replace in case there is some serious issue with the product and assume the liability. Either way it's irresponsible, harassment for me as a consumer, and passing fake information and misguiding on their part
