I have purchased LG LED TV from Arcee Electronics along with 3 years of extended warranty (from 3rd part vendor Onsite Go). Arcee has closed all their shops in Mumbai and not reachable on any of their customer care number.
When i approached the Onsite Go for the support, they said my extend support plan has been cancelled and they can not support. i don't know what should i do now as i have already paid for 3 years of extended warranty...

I have purchased a tv and other appliances from Arcee electronics Vashi store. While purchasing I have paid extra money for additional warranty which is provided via one assist app which is a third-party member of Arcee electronics.

Hi. I bought LG Refrigerator from Arcee Electronics, Belapur store on 17th December under Name- Prachi Kate. I got the refrigerator on 20th but the side part of it was damaged. They said the replacement will be done in 24-48hrs which didn't happen. Their one of the website number is wrong and other is not working. No point of contact .
Also before delivery, and after 24hrs of booking I had asked for a color exchange. The store royally...

I was told that as soon as the cheque of payment for the tv was cleared, the tv/product will be delivered on the very next day which did not happen and was delayed by two days after many calls from my side to the store. After which the delivery was made and the tv was working well, until my family and I discovered that some of its functions like Youtube and Amazon Prime, browser etc., were not working.
