I have ordered for an amount of 665 Rs from https://www.archiesonline.com/. the money got deducted from my credit card (I have the statement for the same), however, archies has not given me the order.
I have already complaint this to archies over email and twitter, however, they are not responding, only a ticket got generated for me from archies automated system, still i got no resolution.
Also, i tried to call to them at their various numbers (landline) as given over their website, however, no one is picking up the calls.

Ticket id generated by Archies :
ticket ID 49555 and subject "Urgent Attn | 26 May | Order Placed (not reflecting into account, money deducted)"

    I had ordered a product on 22 May which was to be delivered on 25 May but it's 26 and the product hasn't even shipped . So i mailed them regarding cancelling the order but no response or reply if the order would be delivered or anything at all. This is my order id is AL[protected]

      There is no response from archies, even after contacting 3days via mail as well as calling customer care. There was no delivery of same day order but at least ppl can respond. Dint expect this from such a big organization. Details of order --

        Hi,
        I ordered 3 items on 16th of May for my friend’s Birthday on the the 18th of May, 2021.

        Only 1 item got delivered and there is no response on the other items.

        I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling them a lot of times but no response.

        I need the gifts or the money back. This is such an unprofessional deal.

        Please help!

          I have ordered a teddy bear and a greeting card.
          I have even made the payment and the money deducted from my account. Still the Archies showing the items in the cart only.
          Tried all the numbers and no response.
          Written 3 mails but no response.

          Pls deliver my order immediately.

                Archies is fooling people I had ordered a bouquet doll and cake for my mother on mother's day order number AL[protected]. The order was confirmed but it was not delivered at all. I paid 1500 for this and they don't have courtesy to even answer our calls. I am not sure if their customer care number is even active as I have tried calling on that number multiple times it just keeps ringing but no one will answer. They are not even having an option to cancel this order.
                I had very good impression about archies which totally mislead me to order from their online portal
                .. Very worst customer service. I recommend ppl not to order from archies ever its a scam.

                  I placed the order on[protected] and the order was prepaid and was supposed to be delivered on[protected] and till now it is not delivered.
                  Tracking status still shoes "packed".
                  I tried to contact the customer support contact number and email but no response received.
                  Please do let me know when will the order be delivered

                    My Order number is AL[protected], which I order on 7th March 2021, It didn't received the destination on time.
                    When I called next day, the customer care person said that they will delivered on same day before 8:00 PM.
                    However, it didn't even received next to next day.
                    When I called customer care center, he started with an abusive language.

                    This is rediculous and disturbing Customer Care center.
                    I need my refund and possibly a solution to rediculous Customer Center

                      I have buyer a couple watch from one of Archie's store after some time it was not working, as it was under warranty I gave to store for repair but instead they made it more disaster, in glass there was alot of bubbles nd when I told store person he said they only include mechanism of watch under warranty, but as my watch was been damaged by them at time of repair they are not ready to take the blame a forcing me to take that damaged watch

                        I ordered a product from Archies last week. Before you place an order they will say delivery in 2 days. But after payment, it takes 4-5 days. & then I received a different cheap product of less price than I paid. & then if you try to reach those ###, they won't even respond. Neither your money will be refunded. This ### is a scam. That's why these MF's don't have cash on delivery options. I wish I could read all these reviews before payment.

                          Above order I have placed on dt 14 Feb 2021 which was same day delivery on the occasion of valantine day. Order includes 1 rose bouket and cake of Rs. 1990 which one have paid same day.
                          But I have not received any item from my order same day, even cake is still undelivered. And the bouket I have received on 22 Feb 2021 in the night.
                          What the worst service, and I tried your heldesk but it's helpless and closing my complain ticket without reply.
                          So kindly refund the amount of Rs. 1990 as soon as possible.

                                I have ordered from Archies online on 5th feb 2021 for Australia which was supposed to deliver on 13th feb 2021.but its not delivered and still shows that it is packed but not shipped . kindly do the needful such a disheartening n reduclus it is..
                                They even blocked me on instagram and facebook as well..so cheap they are

                                  I have ordered valentine gift for my bf from archies online on 5th feb 2021 at that time it shows tht it will be delivered to shipiing address that is at glenwavreley melbourne victoria 3150 on 13th feb 2021 but still its tracker shows that it is on packing n doesnt show time at which day it will deliever.please do the needful as archies spoil my whole valentine i feel very disheartened becz i earned that money with so much of hardship. order no - AL[protected]

                                    Hi there,

                                    I have booked a flower bouquet on 7th February and it had option to deliver the bouquet on the same day. Since there was no update on the product after 4 hours I have raised a ticket to ask for the update they said it will be delivered between 10 AM to 8 PM. But still the product was not delivered and there is no use if the producd is delivered on next day.

                                      I have placed an order on 30-12-20 from Archies online store.The amount has been debited from my bank account but the delivery was not done.I have called on the day of delivery i.e on 15th of January 2020 for tracking the order.The customer care people gave me an assurance that it will be delivered by 8pm.But it was not delivered .I called multiple times and wrote several mails to the customer support thereafter but didn't get any response.I need my amount to be refunded asap.Since the delivery was not done.
