Dear Sir/Madam, I've ordered One Birthday Combo Gift from Online Archies shop on 4th August 2015 and which is supposed to delivered on 31st August 2015. Unfortunately the order was not delivered. Just now, I've seen the status, which is showing as "Printed and Ready for Packing" (????). I've already paid Rs. 749/- for this gift. They have assured me to deliver the gift by 31st. But all are gone in vain. Please look and help to deliver the order asap. With rgds, Pareekshit [protected]
The said order has been received by us after a month of the expected delivery date.
Thanks, but further, I won't order anything online from Archies.

    I ordered Rakhi from Archie's online on 18-8-15 with order number AL[protected]. I paid online for this product. The product was to be delivered on 24-8-15 as mentioned in receipt, but the festival got over on 29-8-15 and still my product is not delivered . I was trying to reach customer care from past one week no one reply for call and mail. The order was of 1800 Rs. I mailed them 3-4 times no reply is received on my refund thing.

      Order no. AL[protected] was placed for Rakhi on 24th Aug 2015 with promise to deliver before 28th. But the order status is still ready for delivery on 31st Aug 2015. No response to Emails and customer care number needs me to be on hold for 57 minutes.

        Order no - AL[protected], it was scheduled to be delivered on August 27-2015, the status is still "printed and ready for packaging". I am calling them from august 26 th everyday and representative promises that it will be deliverd by today evening. I feel bad that, i have missed my event of the year and managers are hiding under chair and not ready to face the customer. Payment was made in full. I am really pissed. Pathetic horrible and zero rated service.

          I have placed an order for rakh, 5 days before, the item is not delivered, rakhi is over, customer care says it is closed on the occasion of rakhi, Worst service from reputed brand, Archies disappointed me a lot, They should not make make false promises when they cannot keep them. They played with some emotions in our lives, when Archies can't understand our emotions, They should not make this false buiness by making money with emotions. They do not respond to the mails, Phones will never be attended. And dont know what happened to our money.
          Archies Online customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I ordered rakhi online with order number AL[protected] to delivered at Mumbai on 28thaugust. but it never received by my family however archies claiming it dispatched.GOJAVAS Courier also said they never receive any order like this.they said number given is also wrong.. I lost all my money, neither rakhi received but archies claiming wrong statement.Online number given is difficult to get as always get a busy tone.my mails are also not answered. it seems like chected by the website.this is last step to escalate my voice otherwise I will to consumer court to justice. I paid 1747 rs money.all money is waste as rakhi is also over. my email sarita.[protected]@fluor.com

              My order no. is AL[protected] at Archies. It was scheduled to be delivered on 27th August on the occassion of Rakshbandhan. But still as on 30th August, 2015 the status of my order is "Printed and ready for packing". The customer care number is unresponsive.The amount is paid completely. This type of behaviour is not excepted from a company like Archies. I would like to cancel my order otherwise I will have to report the issue to higer authority.

                My sister booked Rakhee through Archies online . it is supposed to deliver on 29th August on rakhee Day. It is still showing Expected delivery:29/08/15 .Fresh order placed Rakhee festival is over . You disappointed us .Dont play with emotions.You dont know how to deliver then dont take orders .shut your online booking. You ruined our rakhee day. Worst ever service. please Cancel our order and refund our money back. Order No:AL[protected] No one will tie Rakhee after Rakhee festival. Refund our hard earned money

                  I am given an order of Stone Embellished Golden Rakhi Code[protected] vide order no AL[protected] on 20/08/2015 to deliver the same by 25/08/2015. I make the full payment of Rs 399.00 on the time of order. First upon the company not despatched the order even by 25 /08/2015. When I make a complaint on 26/08/2015, then they despatched the product. The main shocking thing is that, the product received at the noon of 29/08/2015, the date of rakhee festival, is totally different products from the original product, I placed an order and make payment. The product is also have a low price Inferior quality. It's proof that Archies is. Fraudulent attitude with the faith of their customers and cheated them. The government should punished this type of fraud company for fraud, cheating the public
                  My complain is resolved by the company through send a Sorry Card and Some Gift to the person, for whomI sent the rakhee earlier.
                  I appreciate the Archies company for accepting their fault and apologise.
                  The company should be careful in future as these types of negligence could be harmful for the reputation and goodwill of the company.

                    I ordered Rakhi with gift and mithai worth 1150/- for my brother. Bad case is Today is the festival and it was not delivered yet, I was trying to reach customer care people from yesterday..No one is responding to me, and still unable to reach. I clearly mentioned in deliver description that It has to be delivered by on 27th Aug 2015 because I ordered it on 19th Aug 2015, still status is showing as "printed and ready for packing". Completely fed up!!! spoiled my mood on rakhsha bandhan and disappointed my brother. And iam suggesting everyone not to go with this ArchiesOnline to surprise your beloved one. Please don't buy anything from archies because they are cheaters.I wrote 30 mails to them but no response. Hurrible experience for me.

                      Raakhi not delivered My order no is AL[protected] and it was to develop delivered on 27/08/2015 which was two days before raakhi...i thought archies would deliver on time as it's a known brand...but they broke my trust...raakhi has come n gone n it's not yet delivered. I WANT A CALL BACK N REFUND AS U BROKE UR DELIVERY TERMS.

                        I had booked a Rakhi order to be delivered by Aug 22, 2015. However till date not delivered. This type of service reflects your poor performance. My order number AL[protected] has been delayed beyond the expected delivery date of Aug 22 and has missed the very occasion that it was sent for. I have sent many emails to Mr Vikas Tak - the compliance manager, the helpdesk, archiesonline blogs, facebook, and innumerable attempts to get through Ms Chanchal of your so called customer care number. After repeated attempts the status was changed yesterday that shows dispatched via USPS without any tracking number and to your information there is no USPS service in Canada. So this shows that you have given me false information.

                          Dear sir
                          I had ordered an rakhi and sweets by order no. - al[protected] on 17 aug to be delivered on 28 aug i. E on rakshabandhan with specific instruction to it but it is not dispatched yet. It contained an rakhi for a brother from a sister but due to leniency on your part a brother will not receive rakhi on rakshabandhan, my order placed for him is of no use now as the rakhi will not be worn by him on rakshabandhan. Your non performance of commitment has done a great emotional hurt to me and also financially, i request you to refund my amount and also compensate me and punish those who are guilty.

                              The order (order no: AL[protected] which was due to be delivered on or before 28th August'15 has not yet been delivered. The order was made on 24th August'15 in the view of Rakshbandhan(29th August'15) for my brother. The address of the recipient is in proper Kolkata. So i don't think one can have problem in delivering a product in a metro city. I have tried calling as well as mailing the customer care of Archies, but with no response. The order is a Pre-paid one. So what is the use of depending on such a website for an auspicious occasion, if they cannot keep their promises?? Moreover "Archies" is supposed to be a reputed company!!! And it has such a pathetic service!!! Why don't they close their online shopping service if they are not able to deliver products on time???

                                I made an online order from archies online on 17 August 2015 and to be delivered on 27 August as per their column. And I paid Approximate $22 AUD from my mastercard. My order number is AL[protected]. As I can see the status it is delivered on 28 August 2015 to Gojavas courier with the docket no. DELACHP104931. I called to archies online on 27 August 2015, they said it will get delivered on 28 August 2015 in the evening when it suppose to be delivered on 27th of august 2015, but still I agreed with them. But it is not been delivered on 28 August 2015, then I check the status and called to GOJAVAS courier, now they are saying it will get delivered on 31 August 2015, furthermore when I said him that i want money back or give me your ID number or i want to talk to your HD, he disconnected my call without letting me know that he is gonna disconnect my call. It was the Rakhi, I made the order online for my brother on the occassion of Rakshabandhan, and he is not gonna get them. I really not happy with their service and inconvenience caused at the last moment. Thanks Regards Sabby Sethi

                                  I have ordered two Om Sterling Silver Chain Rakhi. But they have delivered only one rakhi and that to it was different(It was golden shree rakhi) what I have ordered. If product is not available the why taking order and showing on website.
                                  When I tried to contact customer care then all number were busy and if not busy then it only rings. Nobody picked the phone And most surprising thing is that somebody picked the phone and said its not Archies customer care no.
                                  Why to make people fool, specially on this kind of important festival.
                                  After trial of hundred times finally somebody picked the phone and said that rakhi(what I have choose) was not available so we delivered something else. Then she said there is no cost difference between your chosen rakhi and delivered rakhi. Then she requested me to choose another one so that she can deliver another one rakhi also. So I confirmed for the same as before. Till then I did not see the rakhi, when I got confirmation from my family that rakhi is not good and worth rupees 800. On the same day(I talked with the customer care girl) I tried to call them again that please do not send any rakhi now and refund my money. But same as before no response of the calls and mails. I also have sent them couple of mails. Now I am just fed up what to do. To whom I should contact.

                                    Hi, waiting time infinite to reach customer care. i have order no :AL[protected] order booking date :20th August 2015 requested order delivery date : 28th August 2015 status showing : order packed and printed. how do i find out the current status ..why its not showing any courier information? and if nobody picks up the call in customer care how will i get the answer

                                        I have ordered for a rakhi for UAE .but they have delivered a wrong one .I have selected and paid money for one rakhi and they have sent a simple thread like rakhi .either replace it or return half of my money which I have paid .order I'd -AL[protected] .attached both rakhis which I have selected and the one that is delivered .take necessary action immediately....
