I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered on 30th November 2020. Money was deducted but there were no order details given till date. Their customer care number is not accepting calls, this is complete fraud...

I am taking continuous follow-up with Archie's but order not delivered yet. Not received dispatch details.
Initially delivery was confirmed by 5-6 days and not it's been 40 days.

My money was deducted from myaccount and no order was placed..i mailed them many times...even called..bt no response from their side..the calls are barred...i need myrefund..they are such a fraud..karma...

I have ordered my order on 14 nov till now the status of order is not updated the service of archies customer care is worst. No contact number for customers and no update is given on my phone number. so I want my money should be refund in MY PAYTM WALLET [protected]...

I placed an order as a surprise gift on an anniversary which was suppose to be 18th November, 2020. I was expecting the delivery to be done on the same date.

I am highly disappointed by the delay in delivery and I’m not interested to receive it on a later date. In this regard, I request to cancel my order and process refund of the payment amount....

Order booked for same day delivery but never got delivered. All incoming calls to helpline number[protected] is barred, no response from [protected]@archiesonline.com. Order status never got updated. Feeling cheated. I need refund/my money back....

Its been 24hrs no reply what the hell you people are doing worst service taking money from customer and not placing order.. worst service from archies never expected...

I ordered wrong product and also i've made the payment but when i tried to cancel my order same day.. There's no response from archies team.. I've tried my best to reach out through twitter, mail and customer care number but there's not even single response from archies end.. My order number is al[protected]... I swear i'm not going to place any order from archies and i'll ask my fellows not order from archies as they cheated me.br...

They accepted money from me against an order with a pre-determined delivery date but even after 10 days of due date i received 1 response out of 3 requests for information on my order. All i received was an automated email response acknowledging ticket has been created on mailing to their helpdesk. They have stopped replying on the ticket since then. I had no clue the once famed archies have turned out to be fraudsters only accepting money...

I have ordered a personalized gift from archies online on 13 august 2020 and scheduled the delivery date to 4 sep. But after one month it's showing the product is packed. I tried several query to them, but not got any satisfied reply.

The order was supposed to be delivered on 11th August, it hasn't been even shipped yet. I have been trying to reach your customer care for a while now and ofcourse it is not reachable/ stopped incoming calls.
If this is the case with your brand...

I baought Portable Bluetooth Speaker from Archies on 30th July till date status packed, and not sure what happened to my Gift.

No one is picking the call on the helplines / 41412222 / 41410000, and no one is responding my to my mails also.

Not sure - what to do and how to go about. If anyone can help me with it would be great.

But - to be very franck-- this organisation is a very unproffesional...

I had placed an order from archies on 7th august 2020.
The delivery date was of 8th august 2020 but still there is no message or any status update regarding the same and its neither delivered till now. I m not recieving any reply regarding same from last 1 week. My mails are being ignored by archies i request you to take this matter seriously and kindly update

The order was booked on 10th July and the order is not yet shipped. When sent multiple emails to [protected]@archiesonline.com, no response was received till now. I can neither cancel the order nor the order gets delivered. I dont even receive a reply from the customer support team. The helpdesk number isnt working....

Please refund my money... I have ordered a birthday cake for 17 august but got nothing in return.. No order details or any kind of order details and confirmation email or msg.. Showing nothing in my account in order history. I even called customer service no but got no response.. And another number not in service. I just want my money back....

This is shifa shaikh and this is regarding order number al[protected] wherein i had ordered a fast track perfume, water gun and a led show piece and received some other piece of #. A flower vase which looks terrible. I ordered online from you guy’s for the first time and whattttt an awful experience and none of your customer service numbers are working either barred or no one answers the call. I need what i ordered...

Could you advice by when the delivery of rakhi would happen as it was booked on 01aug and the recipient seems to have not received it.

Kindly reply as soon as possible as the occasion being today and the rakhi has not reached the concerned person.
