You should know the difference between daughter and daughter in law
I ordered daughter in law card and i got daughter card.
How can that be the same, basic common sense?
If the card is not available, then why is it available online.
I want a full refund including delivery charges.

Please learn the basic difference between daughter and daughter in law.
I am happy that i am enough educated to know the difference.

Exactly. They decide by their own which card to send. This happened with my rakhi order too. There were price differences in the product too. They dont even reply to our mails for the refund. Pathetic company. Idk how come its not shut down yet!

My product was actually delivered in the wrong country! Are ArchiesOnline even trying to resolve customer complaints? Or just leaving us off with regrets.

    I have made an online order of sending rakhi to usa. After completing the order i didn't like the rakhi and tried to cancel it. Tried calling to the customer care but it says not working. Kindly let me know how to cancel the order.

      1. Helpline number does not work
      2. Helpdesk i’d does not let you complain. It shows insufficient privileges.
      3. Same day delivery does not work. They just take the money and then do not deliver urgent orders on time. And there is no real way to constancy them

        I haven't got the refund which i asked from the archies customer care on 10 july 2020. I have paid the full amount through online payment mode.
        When i tried to contact them again on there customer care number, i.e., [protected], it is saying that the number does not have incoming service.
        This is the kind of fraud they are doing, even there is no option for cancelling the order.

              I ordered cake with flowers combo on june 30th. Which cost 1495. I paid online. July 9th today. I didn't get any order update. Order still not delivered. Most importantly.. It was an "same day delivery" order. None of their customer care number is active more over those are incoming bar'ed. None of their customer care emails are active. Worst experience. Please refund my money. Never expected this from archies.

                I had placed an order for mesmerizing love flower bouquet on 19th may 2020 to be delivered on 25th may 2020. But till date they haven't delivered the product.
                They have deducted the amount for the same from my card, but they have not yet delivered the product.
                I have tried to contact them on their customer care number and corporate phone number. But there is no response.
                Also emails to their helpdesk, are responded with support desk ticket number, but no action or communication from their side.

                Hope, would get some help from this site.

                  I have selected 2 july for order to be delivered but still i don't see any update on my order. Its around 10 days since it is showing in packed state.

                  There is no information about when the order is going to deliver. Or any notification we have recieved

                  I have tried customer care but number is not in service also tried other numbers mentioned in website but no response also send mails but still no response from their side.

                  There is no option on the website to cancel order. Order place on below mentioned website

                        First of all Archie's online customer care incoming is barred and emails are unattended for more than 10 days.
                        I'm unable to contact anyone

                        I have received the shipment.I have ordered for 3 items including SHE sky blue nail polish worth Rs.50. In your shipment the nail polish is missing and you have charged Rs.50 for gift wrap that is also missing.

                        So you should refund Rs.100 to my account.

                          I ordered a mug and a mom photo frame from archies online on 15th june, 2020 but the mom photo frame which i have received is faulty. The customer care number is not reachable. Also, i have tried on other numbers to contact but no one is responding. And i have already mailed my problem to the email: [protected]@archiesonline.com on 22nd june, 2020 but haven't received any response from them.
                          I would like them to offer for a return and refund of the product or if possible offer for a replacement.
